Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Ramp Agent to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, guiding aircraft to and from gates, and supporting ground operations. You will ensure secure handling on the tarmac in compliance with safety standards and airline guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with airline personnel, and adaptability to changing flight schedules. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Must possess a valid provincial driver’s license (e.g., Class 5 or G).
• Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to access and interpret information on electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, computers, mobile devices).
• Able to work with colleagues and clients, in-person or remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read aircraft load sheets and baggage/cargo labels.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates and ensuring safe ground movement.
