Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Agent to join our ground operations team. You will load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, guiding aircraft to gates and ensuring safe handling on the ramp.

In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will operate ground service equipment, read load sheets, marshal aircraft, and adhere to strict safety regulations. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Must possess a valid, provincially issued driver's license (e.g., Class 5 or Class G).
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information using electronic devices (iPad/tablet, computers, and mobile devices).
• Eligible to pass a background check and obtain RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card).
• Airlines operate 24/7; shifts including nights, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment such as pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
• Read and analyze load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates.
• Ensure safe movement of aircraft on the ground.
• Follow safety protocols and airline regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues.
