Job summary

De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited in Calgary seeks a Quality Line Leader for Twin Otter and DH515 to oversee the Quality Management System across manufacturing, ground and flight testing, and certification activities to achieve a Certificate of Airworthiness.

You will lead a team of Inspectors, QEs, and Certification personnel, drive non-conformance management, MRB processes, and continuous improvement while ensuring resources, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years management experience in Quality (aviation preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Control/ Assurance, Inspection tools, MRB, Flight Testing, Aircraft Certification, CAPA methodologies, and manufacturing systems.
• Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethics, integrity, respect, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce and implement the quality management system to achieve product quality.
• Plan, implement and control quality activities within manufacturing lines for Twin Otter and DH515 programs.
• Lead and develop Inspectors, QEs, SQEs, and Certification personnel.
