Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH invites motivated students to join its legal internship for eight months. You will support internal teams including Sales, Contracts, Marketing and Flight Operations, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and perform legal research across multiple areas of law.

The program emphasizes in-house exposure within a global publicly traded company, travel may be required, and fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in university program leading to a law degree.
• Bilingual in English and French with strong English writing skills.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Sales, Contracts, Marketing, Communications, and Flight Operations.
• Draft and assist in negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research across commercial, contract, private international, and privacy law; present findings to Legal team.
• Support due diligence for clients worldwide ensuring AML/CTF compliance.
