Job summary

PAL Aerospace in Vaughan, ON, is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. You will develop plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven PM experience; PMP certification and Agile knowledge are preferred. Experience with airworthiness activities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other PM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely execution and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation including status reports and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Support quotations and proposals including WBS.
