Are you a CNC Machinist with a knack for precision, a passion for aviation, and a desire to be part of something bigger? We’re on the lookout for a talented machinist to join our manufacturing team in Sidney, BC. Your expertise will help us build top-tier aircraft components while keeping quality and safety at the forefront.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Crafting aircraft parts, tooling, and more using both conventional and CNC equipment.
Programming CNC machines like a pro.
Mentoring and guiding junior employees (because teamwork makes the dream work!).
Managing projects efficiently—on time and on budget.
Performing in-process inspections to keep everything running smoothly.
Keeping your workspace clean and staying on top of safety protocols.
Reporting to your assigned Charge Hand and working with an awesome team.

️ What You Bring to the Table:
An Inter-Provincial Machinist Trades Qualification (or an equivalent from another recognized body).
4+ years of hands-on experience in machining.
A sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
