PrimeFlight Aviation Services in Calgary, Alberta seeks an Account Manager to maintain client relationships, promote new business opportunities, and ensure service delivery in a demanding 24/7 aviation environment. You will monitor account performance, manage payments and resolve issues while complying with contracts and SOPs.

The role requires strong communication with airline partners and internal teams. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer management or sales, English

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer management or sales experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain RAIC.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of aviation industry preferred; proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and upsell within accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with contracts.
