- As an Audio Visual Meeting Room Technician you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional collaboration experience to both virtual and inperson meetings.
- You will need to balance your technical expertise with excellent customer service skills as you will be providing inperson support to senior management and external business partners as well as virtual support to users throughout the office and region.
- You are naturally curious and resourceful willing to seek out solutions independently or by consulting with subject matter experts. Your friendly and reassuring presence will help you build strong relationships with senior clients and colleagues.
- You will aim to ensure that everyone can engage well feel well lookedafter and focus on their everyday tasks. Attention to detail the ability to multitask and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential to succeed in this role.
Accountabilities :
- Providing prompt response assessment and resolution to assist with L1 and L2 AV incident resolution in accordance with service levels. Ability to connect to manage and diagnose potentially defective hardware and escalating to service technicians and facilitating onsite response when L3 troubleshooting and engineering support is required.
- Delivering whiteglove (inperson handson) support to a small user base for onsite support of meetings and meeting rooms on an asneeded basis.
- Documenting events and communications associated with service incident response in designated incidentmanagement tools.
- Conducting routine inspections of meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use.
Qualifications :
- Knowledgeable in the use and backend management of AV technology including Crestron DM / NVX Biamp Tesira Cisco codecs / video conferencing systems wired and wireless microphones.
- Several years of AV installation experience. You can read and understand AV design drawings.
- Experience working in a MS Windows and Office 365 environment with proficiency in MS Teams.
- Experience with MS Surface Hubs would be an asset.
- A serviceoriented individual who has experience providing great customer service in a B2B environment.
- Willingness and ability to obtain required security clearances and confidentiality agreements.

- Please note you must be eligible to work in Canada and located within the Greater Toronto Area to be considered for this role.
- This is a12month contract role with the option of renewing the contract or moving to another role within ET Group.
