A leading laboratory association in Ontario is seeking an Autopsy Technician to assist pathologists and manage specimen preparation. The role requires technical skills, relevant experience, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Provides technical assistance to pathologists in conducting autopsies and provides other technical services required to carry out examination and dissection of human remains. This position is also responsible for the collection, receiving, accessioning and preparation of all samples for diagnostic testing and results reporting of clinical samples. The Autopsy Technician may also be required to identify and resolve unsuitable specimens for testing. Depending on operational requirements they may be required to assist with training of new staff as well as may rotate through different specified job functions.
Rotation / Shifts

Basic Requirements
As a pre-condition of employment, all new EORLA employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Criminal Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
