Job summary

Lépine Talent inc. is seeking a Notary to join its transactional team. The Notary will handle a variety of real estate and transactional matters with direct client exposure and autonomous file management.

This role suits a professional who values collaboration, client interaction, and a dynamic practice environment. Ideal candidates will be a member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, with experience in notarial practice and real estate, financing or commercial transactions.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• Experience in notarial practice.
• Experience in real estate, financing or commercial transactions (strong asset).
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate and commercial transactions.
• Prepare, analyze and draft notarial deeds, agreements and transactional documents.
• Conduct searches with Land Registry, RDPRM and Enterprise Register.
• Participate in financing and security matters.
• Manage file follow-ups and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Handle trust funds.
• Support clients in legal and transactional matters.
• Maintain direct relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with lawyers and other professionals.
• Participate in growth and visibility of the practice.
