Roy Foss Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated 310S licensed automotive technician focused on trim work, electrical diagnostics, and high-quality panel fitting. The role is based in Thornhill, Ontario, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

You will perform advanced diagnostics, repair exterior panels, trim pieces, and interior components to meet factory standards, using OEM tools and road-testing vehicles to verify fixes.

• Must hold valid 310S certification.
• Clean G license required.
• Experience with electrical diagnostics and trim/interior work.

Earnings: $45+ Flat Rate/ Hour (OTE $80,000 – $130,000)

What We're Looking For

• Valid 310S certification and a clean G license.


• Troubleshoot, isolate, and repair complex electrical, electronic, and multiplex wiring network faults (including infotainment, safety systems, and advanced driver assistance systems).


• Diagnose, adjust, repair, and replace exterior panels, moldings, weather stripping, and interior trim pieces to eliminate squeaks, rattles, wind noises, and water leaks.


• Perform high-quality mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance across a variety of vehicle makes and models in accordance with factory standards.


• Utilize OEM diagnostic software to scan vehicles, accurately mapping out and documenting diagnostic steps, repair paths, and correction notes.


• Conduct road tests to verify that complex electrical or trim issues are fully resolved before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
