About the Role:

As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our client relationships through top-tier service. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standard, using industry-leading diagnostic tools and working alongside a dedicated team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Red Seal Certified (preferred) or a Motor Vehicle Technician Program graduate
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an automotive technician role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to drive standard transmission
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and service platforms

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to Lexus standards
• Work efficiently to meet client timelines and service department goals
• Collaborate closely with service advisors and parts teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Stay current on Lexus service procedures and training
