Job description

We’re excited to welcome an experienced automotive technician (full-time) to our growing service team! At our dealership, you’ll find a supportive, friendly workplace with an amazing company culture. Our next automotive technician will:

1. Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
2. Communicate with Parts Department, Service Advisors & Service Manager regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
3. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs if authorized by customer.
4. Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
5. Maintain cleanliness of service bay and general shop clean-up.
6. Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.

Candidates should possess:

1. Valid 310S license (Automotive Service Technician).
2. Valid Ontario driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
3. Experience with Nissan vehicle lineup considered an asset.
4. Friendly temperament and positive attitude.
5. Ability to work and function as part of the team.
