Brampton North Nissan is seeking a 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our high-volume shop. We offer a Competitive Compensation Package including a flat hourly rate from $30 - $33 per hour, a lucrative production bonus, a tool and boot allowance, and a $5,000 signing bonus paid after three and six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine safety or service work needed
• Prepare reports on repairs
• Estimate flat rate times and obtain parts prices
• Perform work efficiently and accurately according to standards
• Order parts and manage warranty or insurance parts
• Road-test vehicles after service
• Ensure work quality and timeliness
• Supervise apprentice technicians
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on technical bulletins
• Maintain shop cleanliness and adhere to regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or higher)
• 1-3 years of automotive mechanical experience
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Class A Technician license is an asset
• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license with a good record
• Strong diagnostic skills and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented, hardworking, punctual, positive attitude
