O’Regan Motors Limited, operating as O’Regan’s Automotive Group, is seeking an energetic Service Support to join our Halifax team. You will provide friendly, professional service in the Service Department and help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

As part of the service team, you will assist technicians, coordinate vehicle and parts deliveries, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑oriented workplace with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a reliable, dependable approach to work.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers visiting our Service Department
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles to ensure they are presentable and ready for delivery
• Safely coordinate the pick-up and delivery of vehicles and parts
• Support service technicians with a variety of tasks and day-to-day shop operations
• Perform other duties as required to support the Service Department and team
