Job summary

Mr. Lube in Toronto is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee production and related reporting at its facility. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and a focus on safety and quality.

You will coordinate schedules, recruit and train staff, monitor costs, and drive productivity improvements while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This permanent full-time position starts as soon as possible and targets candidates with 1–2 years of supervisory

• Prepare production and other reports as required.

• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities with other units.
