Job summary

GreenTech Resources Worldwide Canada is seeking a Lead Mechanic Supervisor to guide mechanical trades teams in vehicle and equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficient use of resources while mentoring technicians.

The role requires an apprenticeship or trade certificate with several years of supervisory experience, plus strong diagnostic and leadership skills to manage tools, parts, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or trade certificate in a relevant mechanical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair or maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Practical knowledge of diagnostic tools, equipment maintenance practices, and technical schematics.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce safe work practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Basic computer skills for managing work orders, inventory systems, and reporting.
