Preferred Auto & Fleet Service in Thunder Bay is seeking an Automotive Service and Repair Technician to join a high‑quality team. You'll handle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics across diverse models, using modern tools to deliver reliable, long‑lasting fixes.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with no weekend work, and offers a competitive salary potential of 85,000–130,000 CAD plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 310S Automotive Technician license.
• Strong electrical diagnostic ability is required.
• Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and automotive repair tools.
• Professional attitude and pride in doing it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on vehicles.
• Lead electrical troubleshooting when needed.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and verify repairs.

AVERAGE DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND REPAIR TECH

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend work required.
