A leading automotive service provider in North Cowichan is seeking a Service Advisor to enhance customer service and optimize shop sales. The ideal candidate will have general automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and at least one year of experience in the automotive industry. Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers.
• Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers.
• Deliver superior customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability.
