Job summary

Autorama in North York, ON is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team. We serve a diverse customer base across Toronto and the GTA and value multilingual communication and proactive sales efforts.

Candidates should be comfortable generating their own leads via social media and video content, while also managing inbound inquiries and showroom traffic to close vehicles with a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Tagalog, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese or Somali language skills are a strong asset.
• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated approach to sales.
• Comfortable prospecting and generating your own business.
• Comfortable creating videos and using social media.
• Resourceful and willing to try new approaches to generating leads.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Motivated by goals, performance and earning potential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid Ontario driver's licence
• OMVIC registration or eligibility to become registered

Autorama is looking for motivated, outgoing and proactive Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team.

We serve a diverse customer base throughout Toronto and the GTA and are looking for experienced sales professionals who can communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

We're looking for more than someone who simply waits for customers to walk through the door. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable with social media and motivated to actively generate new business while also working the leads and opportunities provided by the dealership.

• Posting and maintaining vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace
• Responding promptly to Marketplace and social media inquiries
• Using Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms to generate leads
• Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Appearing on camera to showcase vehicles, promotions and dealership content
• Developing creative ideas for generating leads and customer engagement
• Building a personal online presence and professional network
• Using social media consistently as part of their daily sales activities
• Finding new and resourceful ways to generate appointments and sales

You don't need to be a professional content creator. However, you should be comfortable using social media, willing to appear on camera and interested in building your own personal brand and customer base.
