Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, sales coordination, or dealership support role is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by ensuring all dealership processes and policies are current.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date delivery schedule.
• Track funding of contracts from the business office.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support.
• Track and enter daily floor traffic and telephone traffic.
