Who We’re Looking For :

  • Passionate about sales and customer service
  • 2+ years experience in automotive sales management
  • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

Schedule : Full-Time; Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday - Thursday off)

Compensation : $120,000 - $200,000 (Full Commission)

What your day will look like :

Performance Monitoring and Coaching : Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.

Sales Support : Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries

Customer Interaction : Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.

Inventory and Product Knowledge : Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.

Metrics and Reporting : Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
