Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking an Automotive Sales Floor Manager for Bolton Ford. You will lead, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team, working directly with staff and customers to provide an outstanding purchasing experience and to drive vehicle sales at a newly acquired store.

The role demands proven floor-management experience in automotive retail, strong leadership, sharp deal-structuring skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Desk Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.
