You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/engineering background, 5+ years in program management in automotive, and strong APQP/PPAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Five+ years in program or project management in automotive.
• Ten years of automotive industry experience with OEM/Tier-1 exposure.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP and quality process standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and launch programs from quotation through production.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality activities.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead risk management and change control activities.
