Job summary

MINTH WINDSOR MANUFACTURING INC is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead automotive programs in Windsor, Ontario. You will oversee multi-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification, while interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing master schedules, APQP adherence, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and coordinating product launches. A technical degree and 3+ years in program management are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience.
• Program Management Certification preferred.
• Experience with risk assessment and master program timing.
• Experience with full-cycle automotive engineering design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify deliverables, requirements and timing; communicate status to team, customer and management.
• Maintain and manage master program timing.
• Ensure compliance with TS-16949 standards and Minth policies.
• Generate and obtain program budget approval and track costs.
• Lead program review meetings and delegate tasks.
