Job summary

Magna, within Cosma International's Modatek Systems in Milton, Ontario, seeks a production associate for a fast-paced plant environment. You will load/unload parts, inspect products and follow standard work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, work overtime when required, and comply with environmental and safety policies. This is a Regular/Permanent, on-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic Math and English, with proven ability to read written instructions
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and follow procedures
• Willingness to work overtime to meet customer needs

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads and inspects automotive parts
• Maintains cycle time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follows standardized work instructions and quality alerts
• Ensures safety standards are maintained
• Performs basic equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Communicates effectively with the team and adheres to MOS, SPQP and process documentation
