What we need?

• Someone with mechanical aptitude and some automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to follow detailed instructions without shortcuts.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Adherence to safety protocols to protect oneself, colleagues, and equipment.
• Initiative to complete repairs and training.
• Computer skills for work assignment, documentation, and parts tracking.
• Ability to improve efficiency with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Track parts used.
• Document work performed.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform repairs approved by management.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when appropriate.
• Perform preventative maintenance following checklists.
• Typical repairs include oil and filter changes, tire repairs/replacements, brakes, lights, etc.

Requirements:

• CDL preferred.
