Milton Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our established parts and service team in Milton, Ontario. The role focuses on front-line customer service and supporting service technicians with parts for active jobs.

A passion for automobiles and a customer-first attitude are essential, with 1–2 years of parts experience preferred. We offer a supportive workplace where teamwork and a positive approach help us deliver a memorable “wow” experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Extremely well organized.
• A passion and knowledge of automobiles is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
• A great attitude towards customer service is required.
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
• Self motivated with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a fast-paced Parts environment.
• Ability to learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• The Parts Advisor is the front-line contact for customers, suppliers and partners.
• Supports Service Technicians and Apprentices with parts for active jobs.
