Job summary

Steele Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor at Steele Ford Lincoln in Halifax. The role is full-time and on-site, focused on assisting technicians and customers with parts, managing inventory, and processing orders in a fast-paced shop-style environment.

You will lift and move automotive parts, stock shelves, and ensure accurate parts fulfilment while collaborating with the service team. A valid driver’s license is required and the position offers a wage rate of $19.20–$22.05 per

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with automotive parts inquiries and requests.
• Identify and interpret parts requirements to ensure the correct components are supplied.
• Pick, handle, organize, and deliver parts to technicians and customers efficiently and accurately.
• Receive shipments, stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain an orderly parts department.
• Process parts orders, maintain accurate records, and use dealership systems and industry technology.
• Work closely with the service department, technicians, suppliers, and fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support inventory counts and help maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Deliver reliable customer service while contributing to a productive, collaborative team environment.

Steele Ford Lincoln is looking for an Automotive Parts Advisorto join our team!

This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced, shop-style environment. You’ll spend most of your day on your feet, lifting and moving automotive parts, organizing inventory, and supporting technicians and customers. If you’re hardworking, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Hourly Wage Range: $19.20–$22.05
