Principal Purpose of Position:

• Provide backend overflow call support for the Truck Account Administrator team to address maintenance escalations.
• Coordinate with fleet managers, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve truck malfunctions effectively.
• Act as a technical expert and consultant to fleet managers, technicians, and internal departments for complex issues.
• Review and issue nonstandard purchase orders to protect customer interests.
• Support the technical resource center by assisting customers and vendors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience as determined by management.
• ASE or industry certification preferred.
• Strong automotive mechanical knowledge required.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive or transportation industry with advanced technical skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and make decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.

Outputs:

• Answer overflow calls and provide guidance for the Truck Account Administrator team.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Work on client-specific projects.

Pay:

Competitive wages ranging from $50,650 to $73,445 CAD annually for full-time employees, based on skills, experience, education, and location. Compensation includes base pay and earnings.
