Responsibilities

• Manage all dealership operations, including sales, financial services, and daily activities.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor top sales talent.
• Structure vehicle transactions and perform appraisals and valuations.
• Maintain dealership reputation, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with customers, employees, and vendors to build strong relationships.
• Implement strategies to stay ahead of competitors and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years management experience in retail automotive, leading teams of 50+ employees.
• Deep knowledge of vehicle sales, finance products, and transaction structuring.
• Experience in Automotive Retail Sales and Financial Services Office preferred.
• High-energy self-starter with a passion for success.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Business degree preferred; clean criminal background check and driver's abstract required.
