Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Success: Manage all aspects of the dealership's operations, from sales and financial services to the daily hustle and bustle.
  2. Build Your Dream Team: Recruit, hire, and mentor top-tier sales talent to thrive in today’s fast-paced automotive retail world.
  3. Close the Deal: Structure winning new and used vehicle transactions, and master the art of vehicle appraisals and valuations.
  4. Champion Excellence: Ensure our dealership's reputation, efficiency, and profitability stay in the fast lane.
  5. Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with customers, employees, and vendors to build strong relationships and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Industry Leader: 10+ years of management experience in the retail automotive industry with a proven track record of leading a team of 50+ employees.
  2. Sales Guru: Deep knowledge of new and used vehicle sales, finance products, and transaction structuring.
  3. F&I Pro: Experience in both Automotive Retail Sales and Financial Services Office is highly preferred.
  4. Motivated Go-Getter: High-energy self-starter with a burning passion for success in the automotive industry.
  5. Master Communicator: Exceptional communication and leadership skills that inspire and drive results.
  6. Credentialed Pro: Business degree from an accredited university preferred, with a clean criminal background check and driver's abstract.
