Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Commission
Pay Range: $65,000$150,000/year + bonus/commission
Schedule: MondayFriday, every weekend

Role Overview:
As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, sales, and service performance. Youll lead department heads, drive dealership profitability, foster team development, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train & evaluate all department managers
Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and daily DOC reviews
Oversee financial statements and dealership performance
Collaborate with business office & lenders
Implement sales and service strategies
Conduct regular manager meetings and performance reviews
Approve compensation plans and training requests
Resolve escalated customer concerns
Monitor department efficiency, staffing, and morale
Support dealership marketing and brand growth
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years in automotive sales (required)
3+ years in sales management (preferred)
4+ years in F&I sales (preferred)
Experience with Quorum or similar DMS (preferred)
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Finance is an asset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Valid drivers license preferred
