We are recruiting an experienced Automotive Electronics Engineer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.

NOTE :

• Must be willing and able to travel to the USA, without restrictions, effective on the start date
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure products and processes meet quality standards by identifying issues, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems
• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using statistical and analytical tools
• Recommend and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions
• Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure consistency
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve issues beyond plant control
• Manage engineering changes with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation
• Conduct product evaluations to ensure robustness before full implementation
• Recommend and validate rework procedures
• Develop inspection procedures and best practices

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university
• 2-5 years of practical experience in Automotive Engineering, Engineering Quality, or Manufacturing Quality
• Experience with automotive electronics (e.g., control units, control modules, wiring, radios, batteries, sensors, etc.)
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools and statistical analysis
• Strong skills in MS Office and G-Suite applications
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
• Troubleshooting skills to ensure quality standards
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with minimal supervision
• Excellent critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills
