Craftsman Collision in Vernon, BC is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ($18.50–$22.50) and opportunities to move into apprenticeship tracks such as Auto Body, Refinishing Technician, or office roles within Parts/Production.

• Cleaning customer and replacement vehicles inside and out throughout the day.
• Performing minor paint defect removal as required.
• Completing quality checklist review and facility maintenance.
• Sweeping around shop work bays.
• Performing minor maintenance as required (change filters, light bulbs etc.).

We're currently seeking an Automotive Detailer for our Vernon location in BC.. We offer a competitive wage range of $18.5-$22.5 per hour, depending on experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for:

• Cleaning customer and replacement vehicles inside and out throughout the day
• Performing minor paint defect removal as required

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role the Automotive Detailer will:

• Be able to prioritize and manage deadlines
• Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract over the last 3 years
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with wet sanding and polishing.
• Experience performing vehicle scans.
• Willingness to assist with general shop upkeep, including daily garbage and cardboard removal, bathroom cleaning, and exterior property maintenance.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Availability to work occasional overtime to meet vehicle delivery deadlines.
