Job summary

Bemac Collision Group is seeking a detailer for Turpin-Capital Collision in Ottawa. The role ensures customer vehicles are clean and ready for pick up, performing exterior washes, waxing, interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and protective treatments.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and refurbishes automobiles, performing any combination of the following duties: Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
• Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using a cloth or buffing machine.
• Vacuums interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using the vacuum cleaner.
• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces, and treats fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
• Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of the vehicle, using a container of touch up paint.
• Maintain company and OEM quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Detailer to join our team at CSN Turpin-Capital Collision.

The role is responsible for ensuring that customer vehicles are clean upon pick up.

Key Responsibilities
