Job summary

Bruce Hyundai in New Minas, Nova Scotia, is seeking a motivated Automotive Detailer to join our dealership team. If you take pride in delivering spotless vehicles and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You will wash, wax, and detail vehicles inside and out, polish chrome, vacuum interiors, and apply protective coatings. A valid driver's license and experience with detailing equipment are required; strong teamwork and communication help you succeed here.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as an Automotive Detailer or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to operate detailing equipment, including power washers and buffers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Wash, wax, and detail vehicles both inside and outside
• Clean and polish all surfaces of the vehicle, including chrome, wheels, and tires
• Vacuum and clean the interior of the vehicle, including carpets, seats, and dashboard
• Apply protective coatings to the vehicle's paint and interior surfaces
• Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and report any issues to the management
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored after use
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer or similar role
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting.
• Ability to operate various detailing equipment, including power washers and buffers
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
