Vickar Automotive Group in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Detailer to maintain the appearance of new and used vehicles with pride and professionalism. This role supports a fast-paced dealership setting and contributes to customer satisfaction through high-quality cleaning.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of automotive terminology.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• Reliable, diligent, and consistent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicles for new and used delivery cleans following established guidelines
• Maintain overall shop cleanliness (floors, garbage, corners, shelving, areas surrounding the building including cigarette butts, weeds, trash, snow, etc.) without needing direction
• Keep doorways and walkways clear of debris, snow, and ice
• Understand all detailing packages and protection services
• Use the correct rags, mitts, scrubbers, and chemicals for each job
• Perform exterior and engine cleans, including bug and tar removal, door jambs, mats, and safe engine shampooing
• Clean windows streak‑free, chamois vehicles quickly, and vacuum thoroughly and efficiently
• Clean and maintain vacuum and extractor equipment
• Move vehicles safely as required

What You’ll Do
