Job summary

The Laking Toyota dealership in Sudbury, ON is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our Detailing Department. This full-time position offers a wage of $17.95 per hour and 40–44 hours per week.

You will clean and restore both interiors and exteriors of new and customer vehicles, maintain a safe shop, and support the dealership with timely detailing and seasonal tasks. A valid driver’s license and attention to detail are essential.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to use digital tools for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of new and customer vehicles.
• Clean, maintain, and organize the shop to ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, consoles, door panels, mirrors, and glove compartments.
• Clean and detail vehicle exteriors, including wheels, tires, wheel wells, lower body panels, grilles, and bumpers.
• Prepare vehicles to meet dealership standards for quality and presentation prior to customer delivery.
• Complete detailing packages for customer vehicles in accordance with established standards.
• Perform snow removal and other seasonal maintenance duties during the winter months.
• Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
