Start your journey toward becoming a Red Seal Technician with the Steele Auto Group’s Road to Red Seal Program! We’re committed to helping our apprentices grow in the Automotive and Collision Trades, offering financial support, career development, and hands-on experience to set you up for success.

Level 1 to 4: Receive a bonus after successfully completing each level.
Red Seal: Earn an additional bonus when you achieve Red Seal Certification!

Salary Top-Up Plan:
