Steele Ford is looking for Automotive and Diesel Red Seal Technicians to join our team! Whether you specialize in automotive or diesel, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills will be valued and rewarded.

Earn What You Deserve: Competitive wages tailored to your experience and certifications. Automotive Red Seal Technicians earn $30.75/hour - $37/hour, with opportunities for additional earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain gasoline and diesel vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair needs.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and industry regulations.
• Complete reports and communicate findings with the service team.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology and advancements in the automotive and diesel fields.
• Work in a clean, safe, and well-equipped shop with industry-leading tools and technology.

What We’re Looking For:

• Red Seal Certified Automotive or Diesel Technician.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and excellent time management skills.
• Facial hair must be trimmed or absent where the CSA-approved respirator seals to the face. If you require accommodation, please inform us during the hiring process.
