Job summary

Tenneco is hiring a Business Development Manager for Eastern Canada. If you have a strong automotive aftermarket sales background and are looking for an amazing opportunity, you will implement sales and marketing programs to NAPA and traditional sales channel key accounts within your region to grow market share and hit annual targets.

You will contact and present to new accounts, support existing customers, and promote DRiV Aftermarket products while collaborating with the Regional Sales team

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in French & English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Canada and to the U.S.
• Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Proven experience networking with decision makers.
• Ability to move product inventories and manage channel changes.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow business within the assigned Eastern Canada area for DRiV Aftermarket.
• Present to new account prospects and support existing customers to maximize sales.
• Merchandise, market, and promote DRiV products across channels.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales team and Account Leadership to achieve targets.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain relationships with key accounts.
