Mercedes-Benz Markham is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Scarborough, ON for a full-time role. The candidate will perform accounting duties including AR/AP, cash deposits, licensing, and deal postings within a luxury automotive group.

Ideal applicants have at least one year in the industry, a college diploma or university degree, strong communication and time management, and proficiency with CDK or Reynolds systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of related industry experience.
• Background in the automotive industry is an asset.
• College Diploma or University Degree.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with CDK and Reynolds systems; PC-based software such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Dealership experience required.

Aufgaben

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Prepare cash deposits and cash clearing schedules.
• Maintain funding/Chattel/Payouts for multiple Audi locations.
• Post and maintain licensing schedules.
• Post and verify costs for vehicle purchases.
• Post deals (New, Used, Wholesale).
• Manage external warranty, schedule reviews and payments.
• Manage rebates and submissions.
• Perform other tasks as required.
