Job summary

Leggett Dynamics in London, Ontario, is seeking a licensed 433A Millwright to join our 24/5 automotive parts facility. You will support manufacturing equipment and facilities maintenance, performing repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

Valid 433A Millwright license required.
2+ years in automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Basic welding and machining experience.
Basic industrial electrical skills.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and make repair and improvement recommendations.
Follow all plant safety, LOTO and other policies and procedures.
Maintain daily log of repairs and of completed preventative maintenance.
Complete equipment changeovers per established standards.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Work effectively both as a team member and independently.
Willing to work rotating shifts with overtime on weekends and holidays as needed.
