OMERS is seeking an Automation Support Analyst to join its Data and Technology team in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves monitoring and supporting the stability and reliability of enterprise automations across platforms such as UiPath and Azure AI. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in automation and strong troubleshooting skills.
The expected salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000 annually, with additional benefits including participation in incentive plans and retirement schemes.
We are looking for a curious, solutions-oriented Automation Support Analyst to join the Data and Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving production issues, working with modern automation and AI platforms, and supporting solutions that are critical to helping business teams operate efficiently and reliably. You will help ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of enterprise automations and AI-enabled workflows across platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
Our flexible hybrid work guideline requires teams to come in to the office 4 days per week.

The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
