Qualifications

• Electrical license required or equivalent
• Experience with automated systems and electro-mechanical skills
• Fault-finding in electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and manuals
• Experience with electrical schematics/wiring diagrams
• Proficient with electrical test instruments
• Valid driver license
• Preferred: Warehouse/ material handling experience
• Knowledge of Siemens controls is a plus
• Reading diagrams and operation manuals
• Flexible with shifts and time management
• Strong team player with good communication
• Customer/service oriented
• Computer and equipment literacy
• Problem solving under pressure
• Process improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot non-routine problems in the material handling system
• Solve complex issues in ACP (Auto Case Picking) systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, rollers, bearings, shafts
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components: sensors, relays, switches, encoders, drives
• Communicate work status to teams and stakeholders
• Read engineering drawings for layout and operation
• Perform preventive maintenance (electrical and mechanical)
• Document maintenance activities and system errors
• Replace machine spare parts as needed
• Address callouts, alarms, and warnings, monitor from Control Room
• Comply with Vanderlande programs and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
