Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on PLC-controlled automation experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers.
• Proficiency with CMMS and coordinating maintenance with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English skills for policy interpretation.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years PLC programming, troubleshooting, and SCADA KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site technical expert in automation control systems and mentor apprentices.
• Design, develop, implement, and optimize control systems and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
• Follow documentation and Automation Change Management procedures.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and support teams to optimize MHE systems.
• Monitor MHE metrics, analyze performance, and lead troubleshooting remotely.
• Communicate issues, timelines, and workarounds to leadership.
