Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience leading and mentoring automation engineers.
- CMMS usage and coordinating maintenance with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation control systems for industrial processes and warehouse equipment.
- Provide site technical leadership in automation, mentoring apprentices to meet safety standards.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks; document changes meticulously.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to optimize MHE systems and deliver projects.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement for performance and cost savings.
