Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/automation or 3+ years equivalent experience.
- 5+ years PLC automation experience with ladder logic and Siemens/Allen‑Bradley/Codesys.
- 2+ years with robotics work cells and automated equipment.
- Leadership experience directing and mentoring automation engineers.
- Proficiency with CMMS and coordinating maintenance with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as site technical expert in automation control systems.
- Set program goals, delegate work, and mentor engineers and apprentices.
- Design, develop, implement, and optimize control systems and software.
- Govern documentation and change management for the site.
- Collaborate with operations to optimize material handling and projects.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and remote support; vendor coordination.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
