Job summary

The role requires hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC‑CNC control systems to sustain quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance. Onsite work with a collaborative maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years hands-on experience repairing and maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Electrician certificate or trade credential required.
• Experience with PLC and CNC-based control systems.
• Understanding of QS9000 or equivalent quality requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, refurbish, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Support mechanical assembly, electrical installation, debugging, installation, and start-up of new or modified production equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to implement production machinery for new manufacturing projects.
• Maintain operational quality and efficiency targets.
• Support equipment maintenance per ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and project organization within maintenance.
